SYSTEMS OF MONEY
Money is a system of tokens used to make trade flow quickly and easily - that’s why it’s called currency. There are basically three types of money.
* Fiat Money
* Commodity Money
* Representative Money
Most economies run on a mixture of all three systems.
Fiat Money
Tokens guaranteed by government/ruling power, or what we all agree, to be worth a certain fixed amount. It’s worthless in itself Cryptocurrency is a form of fiat money.
Commodity Money
The pirate ‘s choice. Hard cash. Tokens (gold, silver) that have value in themselves.
Representative Money
Coins or tokens that represent goods that actually exist but are stored elsewhere. They could be collected on demand as written on bank notes,

CRYPTOCURRENCY
Cryptocurrency is digital money, created from code and circulated on a peer-to-peer network. It exists only as an encrypted string of data.
The peer-to-peer network means there is no centralised hub, no central control. No-one is in charge.
Free from political and government control
BLUE CHIP STOCKS
Blue chip stocks are issued by large, very reputable well established household-name companies with a long track record of reliable if not spectacular dividends. But they are a bet. Even blue chips can go down as well as up.

LIQUIDITY
Liquidity is the measure of how easily you can sell your assets without losing too much of their market value when the going gets tough. There are three kinds: high, moderate and low. Low is not good.
Cash has the highest liquidity rating.
MONEY LAUNDERING
The process of rinsing dirty money, gained from dubious or illegal activities ,through a complex cycle of respectable businesses and multiple transactions until its origins are washed away and it appears clean.
It is seriously illegal.
